All rooms feature air-conditioning, TVs with selected DStv channels, built-in cupboard spaces, a study desk with a chair, and a coffee- and tea-making station. There are 3 rooms that come with a kitchenette that is equipped with a kettle, bar fridge, microwave, and an induction stove.

The dining room is fully furnished and can comfortably accommodate 21 guests. Guests can make use of the communal guest area with a swimming pool and braai facilities. Secure parking is provided.

A generator provides the entire premises with power during load shedding. The property is within a radius of 4 km from Sishen Golf and Country Club and a variety of shops and restaurants.
